What is SystemAngel?

SystemAngel is a 24x7 system monitoring service available on a rental basis only from Ardenta. SystemAngel allows you to control how and when you view your systems. There is no need to purchase expensive software, and no need to install any monitoring software on your systems.

SystemAngel has been developed by Ardenta and is underpinned by the industry-standard BMC PATROL Express software. Additional functionality for specific technologies have been created through Ardenta's own APIs. There are a number of advantages when choosing to Ardenta's SystemAngel service

SystemAngel provides online reporting to monitor SLAs, and monitors which alert engineers via email, pager or SMS.

How SystemAngel Works....

The SystemAngel service monitors many elements of IT infrastructure from printers to complex elements of system databases.

With Internet access and a user login and password our clients can view the status of their systems at any time and generate statistical reports for information like 'up time', breachment of SLAs etc.

Our engineers setup alarms to notify when problems occur or, even better, before they can happen. In addition, we offer hosting for clients in a secure data centre.

The service is available to rent on a monthly basis, meaning little investment for the client.
